  • Do you offer gift wrapping and custom packaging?
    We are unable to offer gift packaging or gift messages at this time.
  • Am I able to change my shipping address after placing an order?
    Yes, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to change the shipping address once the item has shipped.
  • Do you sell digital prints of your artwork?
    We don't currently have digital prints of our art for sale. We create our art to sell physically as we really care about the way they are printed and produced. Alongside that, sadly, with digital files there is always risk of reproduction and it's not something I want to risk with our artwork.
  • Exchanges + Returns
    Returns or exchanges will be allowed on a case by case scenario. Please read over the product description for accurate measurements and details. Please be advised that you will need to cover your shipping label costs for returns or exchanges. We do offer a hassle-free return policy for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. However, we do not accept returns for items that have been used or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for customers who frequently return items.
  • Chargebacks + Disputes
    We take chargebacks and disputes seriously, and we reserve the right to take legal action against customers who file fraudulent chargebacks or disputes. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first to resolve the issue. We aim to work with everyone regarding order mishaps or dissatisfaction.
  • What is a Made-to Order Good?
    Most of our goods are made-to-order which is a much more sustainable production process. Due to this, our fulfillment times are a little longer. Made-to-order goods can take up to (2) two weeks to ship but often will arrive sooner than that window. We have (2) two production partners so you may receive more than one package from the same order. You will receive an automated email from us with your tracking information. If you can't locate the email make sure to check your spam folder.
  • Order Cancellation
    We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. However, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if the order has already been processed and/or shipped. We also reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who frequently cancel orders.
  • Fraud Prevention
    We take fraud prevention seriously and may require additional verification from customers who have suspicious order activity. This may include requesting additional identification or payment verification. We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse service to customers who engage in fraudulent activity.
